Prepare a very tropical snack with this rich combination of creamy yogurt accompanied by acidic fruits such as kiwi and carambola and to give a special touch a bit of grated white chocolate.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 Strawberry Yoghurt Oikos® 150 gc / u
  • 1 Cup of raspberry
  • 4 spoonfuls of nut
  • 2 star fruits in slices
  • 2 kiwis in slices
  • 1 mango in slices
  • 8 strawberries in slices
  • 4 spoonfuls of blueberry
  • 4 teaspoons of White chocolate grated

Preparation

Blend the Oikos® Strawberry Yoghurt with the raspberries and walnuts until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and decorate with the carambola, the kiwi, the mango, the strawberry slices, the blackberries and sprinkle a little white chocolate.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with carambola stars and chocolate shavings.

TIPS

If the carambola season is over, substitute with the fruit of your preference.
