In a bowl, mix the pancake flour, milk, egg, and butter until you obtain a homogeneous and thick mixture. Set aside. Place the flour on a plate and coat the manchego cheese. Insert a popsicle stick and dip it into the pancake mixture. Heat the oil in a pot over medium-high heat and fry the skewers for 5 to 6 minutes. Decorate with chocolate syrup and sprinkles, and they will be ready to sell.
