Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer for 3 minutes or until the mixture is fluffy. Then, add the eggs one by one until fully incorporated. Incorporate Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour, baking powder, vanilla, and raisins. Finally, add a little yellow food coloring and mix the ingredients well with a spatula.
