Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups Santa Clara® whole milk; 1/2 cups tapioca; 1/8 teaspoons salt; 1/4 cups caramel; 1/4 cups sugar; 2 egg yolks

Soak the tapioca in water for 8 hours. Drain the water and set aside. Pour Whole Milk Santa Clara®, the caramel, vanilla, and salt into a bowl, place the bowl in a water bath, and stir until everything is combined. Add the tapioca and cook until bubbles form, reduce the temperature to low heat, cover, and cook for 1 hour.
