    Preparation

    Prepare your Weber® grill for direct low heat (250 ° - 350 ° F or 121 ° - 175 ° C). Dampen the Original Weber Bamboo Skewers in water for 30 minutes before roasting.
Cut the cheese and the guava tie into 2 x 2 cm cubes. Varnish with olive oil and season with half the salt and all the pepper.
To assemble the skewers, insert a bucket of cheese and another of guava tie. Repeat until finishing the skewers.
Place the skewers on your grill over indirect heat with the lid closed. After 7 minutes, check the skewers, if the cheese is not firm, lower the temperature of your grill. Continue roasting the skewers until the cheese begins to “sink” on the grill, approximately 30 minutes total. Remove from grill.
To serve, accompany with the rest of the salt and your favorite cookies.
