Preparation
Cook the sweet potato, with half a cup of water.
Once cooked, add 2 cups of milk and anise, let cool.
Dissolve the yeast in the leftover milk (make this warm) and blend with the sweet potatoes and other milk.
Add little by little to the flour and stir, add the sugar, salt and margarine, keep kneading until you make little bombs, let it rest until it grows and form the fritters and fry in oil.
