Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo Yucca
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams Cheese Guayanes, to taste
  • 10 grams raisin, or candied fruit
  • 30 milliliters candy, of sugar
  • 3 leaves peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Peel the yucca, wash it and put it in small pieces. In a pan fry it. Then remove them from the heat and squash them to make a puree, taking care to remove all the sticks of root that these take by means.
Add the eggs, condensed milk, cheese and raisins or candied fruit to the cassava puree. Mix homogenously and bring to the oven approximately 45 minutes.
Remove and unmold, add the sugar candy and! Ready! To eat something delicious with the little ones at home.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the dish with mint leaves
