In a small pot over medium heat, add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla essence, cook for 5 minutes until heated, add the egg yolks one by one, cooking while stirring with a whisk until it reaches a thick consistency. Let cool and set aside for 10 minutes. For the meringue, in a small pot over medium heat, add the sugar with the port and cook for 8 minutes or until the bubbles appear thick, taking time to break, at 115°C.
