Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
Cover an aluminum mold with cajeta (the sides and the bottom).
Blend milk with vanilla, eggs, and cream cheese. The mixture should be smooth and well incorporated.
Put the mixture on the flan mold (covered with cajeta). Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a bath Maria for 1 1/2 hours. When it is ready, remove from the oven and let it cool.
Unmold and store in refrigerator until serving.
