Whenever I want or need to consent to my family or when visitors arrive, it is delicious to share this flan of homemade coffee to enjoy a nice moment.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • sugar, to taste
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • Water
  • coffees, confit

Preparation

Beat the 7 eggs together with the evaporated milk, the condensed milk, the milk, the soluble coffee.
Melt in the mold to occupy the sugar until it takes a bright transparent coffee color, in which we add a splash of water even so that the sugar does not crystallize when it becomes caramel.
We add the mixture in the mold where previously we made the candy with the sugar and covered with aluminum foil.
We cook it in a bain-marie for 50 minutes at medium flame.
After this time we can introduce uncovering the mold a knife or toothpick to our flan and to remove it if it comes out clean is that it is ready if we do not leave for a few minutes more.
Once our flan is ready, let it cool in the saucepan we use in bain-marie cooking and then at room temperature.
Once cold unmold and introduce to the refrigerator and let cool.

PRESENTATION

I decorate my saucer with the coffee bean confit.

TIPS

I use it to cook an anafre and in charcoal and I let it simmer and cook and give it another touch. It is not good to cool down suddenly because the flan is lowered.

Yo lo hice y en lugar de café soluble es mejor una media taza de café de grano (líquido), da un mejor aspecto y consistencia.
