Preparation
Beat the 7 eggs together with the evaporated milk, the condensed milk, the milk, the soluble coffee.
Melt in the mold to occupy the sugar until it takes a bright transparent coffee color, in which we add a splash of water even so that the sugar does not crystallize when it becomes caramel.
We add the mixture in the mold where previously we made the candy with the sugar and covered with aluminum foil.
We cook it in a bain-marie for 50 minutes at medium flame.
After this time we can introduce uncovering the mold a knife or toothpick to our flan and to remove it if it comes out clean is that it is ready if we do not leave for a few minutes more.
Once our flan is ready, let it cool in the saucepan we use in bain-marie cooking and then at room temperature.
Once cold unmold and introduce to the refrigerator and let cool.
