Ingredients: 1/2 liters cow's milk, or water; 50 grams cornstarch, cornstarch; 75 grams brown sugar; 1 stick cinnamon; 100 grams brown sugar, to make the caramel; 5 tablespoons sour cream, to make the caramel; 60 grams sour cream, (only if you use water, not if you use milk); 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, optional; food coloring, yellow (a drop)

First, prepare the caramel by putting the sugar and water over heat until it disintegrates and acquires a brown color (not too dark) and pour it into our molds. Dissolve the cornstarch in 1/4 cup of milk, stirring until it is well dissolved, and set aside.
