Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cups sugar

Preparation

Melt the sugar in a pan, since it is melted put in the flanera or a mold and distribute.
In the blender empty the condensed milk can and evaporated together with the 5 eggs and blend for 3 minutes.
Empty to the flan or mold and cover very well if it is with aluminum foil mold but it is well sealed.
Cooking in a bain-marie about 45 minutes, to verify that a fork is already inserted, if it is dirty, it still needs it; If it's clean, it's ready. Chills and releases.

TIPS

Get a flanera so it will be faster.
