Preparation
In a medium round flanera (approximately 17 cm in diameter x 5 cm in height) over medium heat place the sugar to prepare the caramel. It folds and covers the edges; Let cool to harden.
Blend condensed milk with guavas, eggs, evaporated milk and cream cheese.
Strain, go to caramelized flanera and close with its lid or aluminum foil closing the edges well. Place in the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the necessary water to cover 3/4 of the mold.
Close the Express® Pressure Cooker and add the pressure regulator, place it in the stove with a high flame for about 25 minutes or until constant steam comes out, lower the flame to medium, cook for 40 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool and remove regulator. Uncover the flan and insert a wooden stick in the center. If it comes out clean, it will be ready. Allow to cool and refrigerate.
Desmolda on a plate of flat service and decorate with guavas and leaves of mint.
