Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 3/4 cups coconut cream
  • 2 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups grated coconut

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
Place 6 ramequins in a cold water bath.
Prepare the caramel with the sugar and water, let it cook for 8 min until it has an amber tone. Pour a light layer on the bottom of each ramequin and leave them in the cold water for a few minutes to cut the cooking of the caramel.
Heat the coconut cream and milk in a pot. Apart beat the sugar, egg, and salt in a bowl. Add the coconut mixture slowly. Integrate the vanilla and strain.
Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekins. Place them in a pot and fill with boiling water to cover half of the ramekins. Bake until they are cooked, 55 to 60 min. Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight. To unleash, take off the shore using a knife.
Decorate with grated coconut.

perfecto para diabeticos cabíamos el azúcar estándar por otro endulzante y ya la podemos comer todos
