Preparation
Place the sugar in a saucepan and let it melt over medium heat, being careful not to burn.
Once it is completely melted pour the candy into the mold where you will make the custard and let it cool.
In a larger and deeper pot our mold adds enough water to boil since the flan is made in a water bath.
Blend the other ingredients very well, taking care that the starch does not remain in lumps.
Once everything is well liquefied, add it to the mold and cover it with aluminum foil.
Take it to the pot where the boiling water is already, and cover the pot.
Let cook for 45 min and verify that it is ready by inserting a toothpick in between, there is no need to remove the aluminum to verify.
If the stick comes out clean we can put out the fire because it is already the flan.
