Ingredients

  • 500 grams pie crust dough
  • 95 grams cream cheese
  • 3 cups peach, sliced
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, with cinnamon
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the pie base in a greased pan. Carefully spread the cream cheese in a 6-inch circle in the center of the base; put it aside.
Mix the peaches with the granulated sugar and the flour; place them on the cream cheese. Gently fold the edges of the base over the peaches, about 2 inches, leaving the center of the peaches uncovered. Sprinkle the sugar with cinnamon on the cake.
Bake the cake for 25 minutes or until the base is golden and the fruit juices bubble. Let it cool a little before removing it from the pan. Cut it into slices; complete it with coverage.
