Fried Ice Cream

This fried ice cream recipe is characterized by being made at a lower temperature than usual because it comes into contact with very high temperature during frying, but this temperature shock helps the coating texture to be crispy and hot on the outside. This fried ice cream can be accompanied with fruit, syrups, honey, or powdered sugar.

Presentation

On top of the fried ice cream ball, sprinkle powdered sugar and pour D’Gari® chocolate syrup and D’Gari® strawberry syrup, and decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.

Tips

It is important that the ice cream balls are well frozen (-18 °C), as contact with the oil and loss of cold risks them opening up due to melting quickly; therefore, we also recommend choosing a good quality ice cream, as they do not melt as easily.
