Preparation
Start by making a mountain of flour on a clean surface and in the center place the wet ingredients. The eggs, and the milk. Knead well and add the baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon, knead until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Now take the dough and divide it into 8 and make balls with your hands. With a roller, flatten each circle to obtain an omelet. Sprinkle with sugar and fry in hot oil.
Remove from the oil once they are golden brown and dry them with drying towels. Now add a little sugar and cinnamon and serve with brown sugar.
