Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cups milk, liquid
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preparation

First we beat the butter with the sugar until it doubles its volume.
Then the eggs are added one by one, we continue with the vanilla and beat
We take the flour and baking powder previously sieved all together and add it to the previous mixture alternating with the milk until it is completely incorporated.
Now we divide the mixture into four equal portions and each portion we add the dye (one color for each portion) with three droplets that add more than enough to get the desired tone to each mix.
Take a greased mold and pour one of the portions spreading very well, we continue with the next mixture and very careful not to mix with the previous one they are scattering all over the mold achieving another layer of color, and so they will do with the rest of the mixture of colors.
This is taken to the oven at about 180 ° C for an approximate of 30 minutes, everything will depend on the capacity of each oven. It will be ready when you insert a wooden stick or the tip of a knife and it comes out clean.

PRESENTATION

Ready this and already rested (cold at room temperature) We decorate it with Chantilly and Froot Loops!
