Ingredients: 1 can condensed milk, LA LECHERA® (sauce); 1 cup water, (sauce); 1 envelope Nescafé® vanilla powder mix for making vanilla-flavored cappuccino coffee, (25 g) (sauce); 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch, (15 g), dissolved in ½ cup of cold water (sauce); 12 flour tortillas, hot; 3 bananas, sliced; 3/4 cups walnuts, chopped; 1/2 cups vegetable oil, (125 ml)

For the sauce, heat the LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk with the water, and when it starts to bubble, add the NESCAFÉ® Vanilla Powder Mix for Preparing Vanilla Flavored Cappuccino with the previously dissolved cornstarch; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. For the chimichangas, place a little banana and walnut in each tortilla; roll them up by folding the ends inward to prevent the filling from spilling out.
