Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the butter, oil, and finally the water. Let the dough ferment for approximately 20 minutes. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from puffing up. Bake the dough for 25 minutes at 180ºC. Spread the hazelnut cream, slice the banana and add it to the pizza.
