Ingredients: 3 cups peach, dried apricots cut into cubes; 30 grams golden raisins; 20 grams walnuts; 50 grams peanuts, unsalted peeled; 50 grams Brazil nuts; 20 grams pistachios, unsalted peeled; 30 grams raisins; 50 grams pecans; 1 teaspoon ground ginger; 2 cups white vinegar; 1 teaspoon garam masala; 1 2/3 cups water; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 2/3 cups brown sugar

Mix the apricots, garam masala, sugar, ginger, raisins, salt, vinegar, and water in a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat to a low temperature and let it simmer for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
