We can start by cleaning and slicing the strawberries and set them aside. We prepare the gelatin sheets. We let them hydrate in a bowl with cold water for the time specified on the package, usually 10 minutes is enough. After those 10 minutes, we will use 3 or 4 tablespoons of the cream we are going to use to dissolve the gelatin sheets. The tablespoons of cream should be warm and not whipped.
