Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups no sugar natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon green lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel zest
  • 6 strawberries
  • 6 chunks raspberry
  • 6 seedless green grapes
  • 6 chunks grape

Preparation

In a deep bowl mix yoghurt with lemon juice and lemon zest. Place in the refrigerator.
Make the skewers by placing the fruits on skewers of wood for skewers. You can make 2 skewers with these portions.

PRESENTATION

Serve the skewers with yoghurt dip.
