Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 4 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 4 leaves of Fresh mint
  • 1 Cup of cantaloupe cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of mixed berries
  • 1 Cup of honeydew cut into cubes

    Preparation

    In an electric mixer beat the cream and sugar until it forms peaks.
    In bowls or glasses, arrange 4-5 cubes of melon, and 2 tablespoons of blackberries.
    Add 1-2 tablespoons of whipped cream and decorate with the spoon.
    Put 1 mint leaf to give the final touch.
