Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 liters milk, boiling
  • 1 on D 'Gari® Pekes Gelatin banana flavor, 85 g
  • 1 orange, cut into slices, without peel
  • 1/2 cantaloupes
  • 1 pear
  • 2 mangos
  • 1 Red Apple, cut into triangles

Preparation

Dissolve the content of D 'Gari® Pekes Gelatin banana flavor in half a liter of boiling milk. Pour into a oven proof dish and refrigerate until set.
With the help of a cutter cut the banana jelly in medium circles for the body and others very small for the wings.
Cut the melon and mango into circles the same size as the gelatin to simulate the body. The rest of the melon cut it into a heart shape for the wings.
With a smaller cutter, cut 3 circles on each wing and insert a piece of gelatin, a bit of pear and another of mango.
