If you love all the cookies & cream desserts recipes and you want to make something new and delicious, then go for these 8 ingredients and prepare this easy milk gelatin with oreo cookies, very creamy and delicious. The presentation will surprise all your guests.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of evaporated milk (360 ml each) for milk gelatine
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla for milk jelly
  • 1 Cup of refined sugar for milk jelly
  • 2 cups of cream to beat for milk jelly
  • 3 cups of cream cheese for milk jelly
  • 7 envelopes of grenetina (7 g) hydrated, for milk gelatin
  • enough of Oreo cookie
  • to taste of whipped cream to decorate
  • to taste of Oreo cookie crumbled to decorate

    Preparation

    For gelatin, liquefy evaporated milk with vanilla essence, sugar, whipping cream and cream cheese for 3 minutes.
    Heat the preparation in a pot over medium heat, add the grenetine that you previously hydrated and moves until it melts. Reserve.
    In a greased mold, place a layer of oreo cookies neatly and cover with a little jelly. Refrigerate until set and repeat until filling the mold.
    Remove the cooling gelatin, top it into a dish and decorate with whipped cream rosettes and crumbled crackers. It serves.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate the gelatine with whipped cream rosettes and crumbled cookies.

    TIPS

    Do not add very hot the preparation of gelatin to cookies.
