Crystalline Gelatin with Fruits

Gelatins are the favorite of many, prepare this beautiful gelatin crystalline that carries in its interior fruits such as strawberry, blackberry, grape, pineapple and peach. It is ideal for the hot season and a good dessert to pamper your family.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 envelopes of crystalline gelatin (140 gc / u)
  • 6 cups of Water hot
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry cut in half
  • 1 Cup of blackberry cut in half
  • 1 Cup of peach in syrup cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of raspberry
  • 1 Cup of grape cut in half
  • 1 Cup of blueberry
  • 1/2 Cup of Pineapple in syrup cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of peach in syrup cut into sheets to decorate
  • to taste of Fresh mint to decorate

    Preparation

    For gelatin, in a bowl dissolve crystalline gelatin with hot water and reserve.
    In a mold put the strawberries and the blackberries, fill 1/4 part of the mold with a little crystalline gelatin and curd in refrigeration.
    Remove the cooling mold, arrange the peach and cover with crystalline gelatin again, refrigerate until set. Repeat the process with raspberries, grapes and blueberries.
    Demold the gelatin and filled with pineapple in syrup and a little more of each fruit you used previously, decorate with a peach blossom in syrup and fresh mint, serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with a peach blossom and fresh mint.

    You can add the fruits that you like the most and it will be delicious.
