Prepare this fun yogurt gelatin with peach. A crystalline center of peach jelly and nuts. This delicious gelatin will surprise you when it comes to cutting it and sharing it with your guests.

Preparation
Blend the peaches in heavy syrup, the yogurt and the milk. While the blender is still mixing this, add the food coloring and hydrated gelatin. Blend for 1 minute.
Spray a mold with cooking oil and pour half of the yogurt mix in. Let it chill for 20 minutes or until curdled.
Hydrate the peach gelatin powder with hot water.
Pour 1/3 of the peach gelatin into a previously greased mold and let it chill for 30 minutes or until curdled.
Garnish with pecans and sift another 1/3 of peach gelatin in. Add more pecans and finish with the rest of the peach gelatin.
Demold the peach gelatin and put it over the yogurt gelatin. Cover with the rest of the mixture.
Demold, garnish with whipped cream, peach and pecans to taste.
