  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 200 grams curd, without salt
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup fruit in syrup
  • 2 cups syrup
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder


Fruit jelly: Place the fruits in a colander and let drain, pour the fruits in a jelly mold lightly greased with vegetable oil. Hydrate the grenetina in ½ cup of water, let it rest for 5 minutes, take it to the microwave oven or to a water bath to melt it.
Heat the juice of the syrup and let it boil, remove from the heat, add the melted gelatin and mix. Pour the syrup over the fruit, let cool and bring to the refrigerator for two hours or until semicuaje.
For cottage cheese gelatin: Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk and cottage cheese. Add the previously hydrated and melted grenetine and completely integrate.
Pour the preparation over the fruit jelly to the refrigerator for hours. Unmold and enjoy.


You can use cream cheese if you do not find cottage cheese. You can grease the mold slightly to facilitate the desmolado. Use the fruits that you like the most
