Preparation
Prepare the two gelatins separately as indicated on the envelope.
Cut the mangoes into squares and add them to the mold with the mango jelly, reserve a few to decorate.
Empty the strawberry jelly in another mold that is preferably square.
Refrigerate the two gelatins, wait for them to set to unmold.
Place mango gelatin in the center of a platter with the mangoes you reserved on top.
Cut the strawberry jelly into 1 cm squares and put them around the mango jelly as shown in the photo.
