Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes of Emergen-C® orange (9.6 gc / u)
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 2 envelopes of grenetina (7 gc / u), hydrated and melted
  • 2 liters of Water
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey
  • 2 envelopes of grenetina (7 gc / u), hydrated and melted
  • 1 Cup of Orange slice to decorate
  • 1 branch of mint or peppermint to decorate

    Preparation

    For the jelly cubes, dissolve the orange Emergen-C® envelopes in a container by adding the water. Once the effervescence has passed, add the grenetina and mix very well.
    Pour the previous preparation into a square mold previously greased and refrigerate until set. Desmolda and cut cubes, reserve.
    For honey gelatin, mix water with honey and hydrated gelatin.
    In a jelly mold, arrange the orange gelatin cubes and pour the honey jelly until completely covered. Refrigerate until set.
    Unmold the jelly and decorate with orange and mint segments.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with orange segments and mint leaves.
