Rainbow Gelatin

Prepare this fun rainbow jelly for the season of heat, this jelly full of flavor takes a mixture between layers of flavored water jellies such as orange, pineapple, grape, lemon, strawberry and blueberry, also brings another milk mixture of the same flavors but with condensed milk. This delicious, sweet and very fresh.

6 portions
  • 1.5 liters Water
  • 1/2 cups grape jelly, powdered
  • 1/2 cups jelly, blueberry powder
  • 1/2 cups Lemon Jelly, powdered
  • 1/2 cups pineapple jelly, powdered
  • 1/2 cups Orange jelly, powdered
  • 1/2 cups strawberry jelly, powdered
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk, (1/4 cup per color)
  • 1 cup whipped cream


In a pot heat the water until it reaches a boiling point. Reservation.
Separate 3 tablespoons of water in a bowl and add grape gelatin, add half of the mixture to your greased mold, set for 15 minutes, in the remaining half add 1/4 cup of condensed milk and mix well, add the following layer to your mold, refrigerate 15 minutes more. Repeat with each color.
Refrigerate your gelatin half an hour more and unmold.
Serve a slice of your gelatin and decorate with a little whipped cream. Enjoy

You can add a little more grenetine to your gelatin so that it sets very well. Do not worry about the layers going to curdle ahead of time as the mixture cools you have time to put the gelatin in your mold.
