Tia Elsa Walnut Gelatin

This gelatin is very rich and easy to make, and for nut lovers it is the perfect dessert. It will take you a short time to do it and you will surely look with your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 40 grams of grenetina
  • 200 grams of nut
  • 710 milliliters of evaporated milk
  • 290 milliliters of Water
  • 250 milliliters of half cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the sugar with the gelatin.
    Blend the nut with the half cream and a little milk.
    In a pot, heat the milk, water over low heat, beat vigorously.
    When the fire and water are warm, add the mixture of grenetina with sugar and keep beating.
    Without boiling, the pot should be more than lukewarm, incorporate the walnut whipped with the half cream and mix.
    Turn off the stove, let stand a few minutes and then pour the gelatin into molds or mold.

    TIPS

    You can substitute water for normal milk.
