Tricolor Mosaic Gelatin

This Milk Gelatin with lemon and strawberry mosaics is ideal to prepare for the September or Christmas parties, this incredibly creamy and smooth, the combination of flavors is delicious and the shape of the gelatin is spectacular. You'll love it!

Ingredients

  • 2 liters of milk
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 2 envelopes of grenetina hydrated, 7g each
  • 3 liters of Water Hot (divided)
  • 1 on of strawberry gelatin (25 gr)
  • 1 on of Lemon Jelly (25 gr)

    Preparation

    For milk gelatin, mix warm milk with sugar, cream cheese, vanilla flavoring, and hydrated gelatin. Blend 3 minutes. Pour a thin layer on a previously greased mold and refrigerate until set. Reserve the rest.
    For the water gelatin, divide the hot water into two bowls, add the strawberry jelly powder to one and the lemon one, mix until completely dissolved. Refrigerate the jellies in the same containers until they set. Cut cubes of different sizes and reserve.
    Remove the mold with the curd gelatin from the refrigerator and place the irregular jelly cubes, pour the remaining milk jelly until covered and refrigerate again until it sets.
    Desmolda, corta serves and enjoys.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    You can add more gelatin to your gelatin mixes to set faster.
