These Glazed Chocolate Cookies are very easy to prepare and perfect to accompany with a Glass of Cold Milk, Coffee or Tea.

Preparation
In a medium bowl, mix the cocoa, sugar and vegetable oil
Add eggs one by one
Add vanilla essence
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and stir together the cocoa mixture
Cover the dough and let it cool for at least 4 hours
Preheat the oven to 180. Cover a tray with wax paper for baking
Lightly grease your hands. Make balls and press them gently so that they flatten
Pass each cookie through the icing sugar before placing it in the trays. The sugar should be left alone at the top
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 or 12 minutes
Let it rest on the tray for a minute before transferring to a wire rack to cool
