Ingredients

4 portions
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams grape, without seeds
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 150 grams walnut, finely chopped
  • leaves peppermint, to decorate
  • 300 grams strawberry, for the sauce
  • 100 grams sugar, for the sauce
  • 50 milliliters Water, for the sauce

Preparation

(ALBONDIGUITAS) Acreme the cheese with the sugar glass.
(ALBONDIGUITAS) Choose the largest grapes
(ALBONDIGUITAS) Wrap with cream cheese and then roll them in the nut until you get a firm Albondiguitas.
(ALBONDIGUITAS) Store them for 20 minutes in the freezer before serving.
(ALBONDIGUITAS) Decorate with mint leaves.
