Preparation
Mix the icing sugar with the powdered green tea.
Add the butter and beat until it has a creamy texture.
Add the yolks one at a time until they are well incorporated.
Gradually add the flour and salt to the butter mixture.
With the manor it forms a ball of dough. Wrap in ega-pak and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form circles (preferably cut with a cutter to make them look uniform.
Put them in a tray with waxed paper.
Bake for 12 minutes at 175ºC.
