Ingredients

10 portions
  • 500 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams orange chocolate chip, for pastry
  • 200 grams dark chocolate, for pastry

Preparation

Melt the semi-bitter chocolate in a double boiler and place in a bowl or a ketchup-like bottle with a thin lid.
Fill the molds with the semi-bitter chocolate and if you are going to make popsicles, place the toothpick, hit the mold a little to remove the air bubbles and freeze for 60 minutes so that the chocolate hardens.
Remove the popsicles from the freezer and unmold.
Melt the orange chocolate in a double boiler and in another saucepan, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
With a candy, decorate the lollipops with leaves, mouth and hat, playing with both colors.

PRESENTATION

Place the pallets on a Styrofoam base covered in orange and black china paper.

TIPS

Never add water to your chocolate to dilute it, chocolate has an oil base so the water will cause it to cut.
