Preparation
Soak the dried fruit in water for about 2 hours.
In a pot boil 1 cup of water over low heat with peeled and chopped apples with orange and lemon juice.
Add the dates and the apricots also minced and move everything little by little while boiling until all the fruit is destroyed.
When everything is done with the consistency of puree, let it cool and mix with the wine.
Refrigerate
