Delicious hazelnut cookies in the shape of small trees, are spectacular to give during Christmas.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
Put butter and sugar in a blender and add sugar.
Add to the mixer the toasted and ground hazelnuts, the egg yolk, the vanilla and the flour. Form a ball, let cool in four balls for 1 hour.
Spread one of the balls of dough on a flat, floured surface. Cut with a cookie tree mold and put on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Half of the cookies, cut a circle with a round cookie cutter like 1 cm. (or the back of a round duya).
Repeat the previous step with the rest of the refrigerated dough.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes and remove them.
Sprinkle icing sugar on the cookies with holes.
Sprinkle marmalade on the whole tree biscuits and put the biscuit with icing sugar on top.
