  • 3/4 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • 1/3 cups Apple sauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • enough almond, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
On a board cut the almonds into three parts.
In a bowl mix the almond flour, the whole flour, the coconut palm sugar, the cinnamon, the salt and the baking powder.
