Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, for the candy

Preparation

Mix the 2 cans of condensed and evaporated milk.
Add eggs and vanilla.
The sugar is poured in a frying pan and left until it is caramelized, it continues to move so that it does not burn and then it is added to the molds.
It is put in the oven until it is already curdled at 300ºC, which takes longer when it is baked for approximately 1 hour.

PRESENTATION

Let it cool and serve, do not eat hot.
