Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Grate the coconut with the help of a cheese grater.
Separate the San Juan® Egg yolks from the whites and reserve.
Mix the yolks with the sugar, cornstarch and grated coconut.
On a tray with waxed paper, place a small ring and pour a little of the previous mixture, press with the help of a spoon to compact, remove the mold and repeat the process until the mixture is finished.
Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
