Prepare some fun hotcakes for breakfast. They are made with three different flavors of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavors; to give a twist to the classic breakfast, accompany with honey and start the mornings with this delicious recipe.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 200 milliliters Santa Clara® vanilla flavoured milk
  • enough yellow gel food coloring
  • 1/4 cups blueberry
  • 200 milliliters Santa Clara® milk chocolate ice cream flavor
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chip
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 200 milliliters Santa Clara® strawberry ice cream flavor milk
  • 1/4 cups strawberry, cut in cubes
  • enough edible food coloring, pink
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted to grease the mold
  • to taste maple syrup, To accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix flour with baking powder, salt, sugar and egg.
Divide the mixture into three parts. Add the Santa Clara® Lechita flavor to the first mixture, vanilla ice cream flavor, yellow coloring and blackberries. Reservation.
To the second part add the Santa Clara® Lechita chocolate ice cream, sparks and cocoa. Reservation.
To the third part add the Santa Clara® Lechita flavor strawberry ice cream, strawberries and coloring. Reservation.
Grease a sphere-shaped mold with a little melted butter and pour the hotcakes mixture. Bake about 10 minutes.
Carefully demould and serve. Accompany with honey.
