Hot Cakes Tricolor Snacks

Prepare some fun hotcakes for breakfast. They are made with three different flavors of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavors; to give a twist to the classic breakfast, accompany with honey and start the mornings with this delicious recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 200 milliliters of Lechita Santa Clara® vanilla ice cream flavor
  • enough of yellow gel dye
  • 1/4 of Cup of blueberry
  • 200 milliliters of Santa Clara® Lechita flavor chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of chocolate spark
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 200 milliliters of Lechita Santa Clara® flavor strawberry ice cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of Strawberry cut in cubes
  • enough of Vegetable coloring pink
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter melted to grease the mold
  • to taste of Maple syrup To accompany

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl mix flour with baking powder, salt, sugar and egg.
    Divide the mixture into three parts. Add the Santa Clara® Lechita flavor to the first mixture, vanilla ice cream flavor, yellow coloring and blackberries. Reservation.
    To the second part add the Santa Clara® Lechita chocolate ice cream, sparks and cocoa. Reservation.
    To the third part add the Santa Clara® Lechita flavor strawberry ice cream, strawberries and coloring. Reservation.
    Grease a sphere-shaped mold with a little melted butter and pour the hotcakes mixture. Bake about 10 minutes.
    Carefully demould and serve. Accompany with honey.
