Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder, pouring them over a sieve to sift. Add the sugar and salt and combine with a whisk. Set aside. In another bowl, mix the Negra Modelo® beer with the eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil, using a spatula to incorporate all the ingredients while breaking up any lumps. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a whisk until you obtain a moist and slightly thick batter. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 30 minutes before unmolding and assembling. Fill and cover with chocolate frosting. Refrigerate and serve. Pair with Negra Modelo® beer. Enjoy.
