Ingredients: 3 cups flour, previously sifted; 1/4 cups sugar; 5 eggs; 2 cups milk; 1/4 cups butter, melted; 1/2 cups strawberries, without tail, in quarters; pink food coloring, for the strawberry crepes; 1 tablespoon vanilla essence; yellow food coloring, for the vanilla crepes; 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup; 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, for the chocolate crepes; cooking spray, for the crepes; La Lechera® Spread, for serving

Place the flour along with the sugar and the egg in a bowl, then whisk with a hand whisk until you obtain a semi-thick mixture. Gradually incorporate the milk and melted butter while stirring; you should obtain a uniform mixture. Divide the mixture into 3 and set aside. For the strawberry crepes: Blend the strawberry with a portion of the crepe mixture, add pink food coloring to taste and set aside.
