Heat the water in a pot over high heat for 10 minutes or until it starts to boil vigorously. Remove from heat. Mix Tres Estrellas® churro flour with boiling water in a bowl, use a wooden spatula, and combine for 20 seconds or until you obtain a homogeneous dough; this dough does not have to be smooth or elastic. Remember that the consistency should be similar to paste.
