Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams cookie, of Orange
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted
  • 500 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 2 envelopes natural gelatin, hydrated (7g each)
  • 1 on strawberry jelly, 25g
  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 cups strawberry, split in half
  • to taste Fresh mint, to decorate

Preparation

For the base, in a food processor, place the orange cookies and crush until you get a powder, mix with the melted butter and reserve.
Place the previous preparation in a mold for desmoldable cake and with the help of your hand press until compact, reserve.
For the cake, beat the mascarpone cheese with the sugar until it softens, add the cream to beat and beat until it forms soft peaks. Add the orange zest, the melted gelatin and mix well. Pour on the cookie base, and cool for 30 min in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in hot water, cool until it is at room temperature.
Pour the gelatin over the cake, decorate with strawberries and chill for 30 minutes in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator.

Exquisito solo falta específicar en qué cantidad de agua se hidrata la grenetina y que medida de molde se usa para las cantidades manejadas
