For the milk gelatin, in a bowl add 1 package of unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup of cold water, mix and let sit for two minutes. Add 1 cup of boiling water while stirring constantly until incorporated; add the condensed milk and mix. For the chocolate gelatin, heat 1 cup of water until boiling, add the chocolate gelatin and mix until fully incorporated.
